1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds 2 tbsp black chia seeds 1 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
toppings:
3tb coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp frozen mixed berries
What to do:
1. preheat oven to 180°c.
2. combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. melt coconut oil in microwave and add vanilla extract.
4. pour wet mixture into nut mixture and combine until coated.
5. line a baking tray with paper and spread mixture into an even layer.
6. bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
7. allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
8. store in a glass jar or airtight container.
9. serve with toppings.
